When we think about education, we frequently think of childhood education. At the time of childhood our education is start from basic school after that junior high school level, and then high school level. After that we go to college or even degree school, but in common we complete our education in school full-time basis. But the fact is education can and should be society-wide, for all of ages.

Sometimes many of us think that the education is limited to our childhood. But the actual fact is we have to carry our education whole life long. Education is the learning of knowledge, information and skills during the route of our life. Teachers may draw on many subjects like reading, writing, mathematics etc. In specific professions such as astrophysics, law, or zoology may teach only a particular subject, usually as professors at institutions of advanced learning. There is much expertise instruction in fields for those who have the desire in specific skills, such as required to be an engineer. For example, Some times we have the opportunity of informal level of education- such as with libraries and through Internet. Informal educational ave knowledge and skills learned during the course of life as well, it includes that education which is comes from our life experience.

Childhood education is the most essential part of education. Under proper suggestion and guidance in the education-time then we are developing ourselves to become most successful in future. But a child doesn’t have the brain to understand these things. So they need proper guidance from their parent. But what about them who lost their parents from childhood – become a orphan? “Pranab Kanya Sangha” arrange a charity firm for such kind of underprivileged women and girls in poor society, named “Pranabananda Vidya Mandir“. We provide education to them with proper guidance including all about culture and social education at without any cost. We dedicate ourselves to teach them as they can establish with their own identity in future. We take care very personally each and every child for their educational life and also check up their health regularly.

It was 1971, when Pranab Kanya Sangha (a rising organization cherised and sanctified by the blessings of Acharya Swami Pranabananda Maharaj) established the school “Pranabananda Vidya Mandir”.

The path for the establishment of schools were not smooth. We have left behind so many days but we cannot forget that very day when we get down at Hridaypur was then a backward village. There was no educational institution in the west Hridaypur. The education of the children of the said area was very necessary. A society cannot progress with out education. So we determined to make then learn. At that time it was not so easy to get children for learning purpose. We have to go from door to door to convince them. We started to take classes under tree of Ashram premises or varandah / corridor of nearly houses. The surrounding people helpful us to establish school heartedly. Bamboo cottages were made for giving education.

In 1985, the cottages were divested by the thunder storms and heavy rain. Everyone of us were shocked at the devastation. We planned to built-brick build houses. The organizations Lutheran World Service, Kumar Promotho Nath Roy charitable trust and some kind hearted people had co-operated us. Now the strength of our schools is increasing near about 1000 students bearing in the schools from Nursery to Class 10th.
